Modus Systems, Inc. takes great pride in having designed and built the gymnasium and multi-purpose room that help make this extraordinary achievement possible. Working with the school’s architects, Modus was able to construct a gymnasium that was true to Parras Middle School’s singular vision for an elite, multi-purpose athletic facility.

Result
Of all the modular builders Parras could have chosen for their dream project, Modus, the brand that has ‘redefined modular’, was the clear choice for their unique ability to configure a custom floor plan consistent with the school’s innovative concept.
At the center of this sparkling new facility is an 11,000 square foot gym, with its own March Madness tournament, and ‘game on’ all year long. In an attached fitness center, students move through circuits that include weight stacks, dumbbells, a rotating rock wall, boxing, cardio machines, functional training with medicine balls and balance equipment.
