Luther Burbank, a one school district, received a Modus System Multipurpose Room from the passing of measure A. This measure providing : A multipurpose room & cafeteria for the school’s use and for the local community to use as well.
CHAPARRAL MIDDLE SCHOOL GYM
Faculty and students alike at the Chaparral Middle School, affectionately known as the Cougars, gave a roar of approval upon learning that funding had been passed for a new gymnasium through the Measure C and E bonds.
In competing to build this new gym, it was obvious to Modus that although the budget was consistent with modular construction, a cookie cutter solution would not be in the best interest of the Cougars in terms of satisfying their needs.
ADAMS MIDDLE SCHOOL GYM
When Adams Middle School in North Redondo Beach chose Modus to design and build a new gymnasium for its ethnically diverse population of 827 students, we felt greatly honored because of the importance they placed on making the right choice.
Philosophically, Adams Middle School is strongly committed to providing a meaningful recreational experience for every student regardless of ability, inability or disability.
PARRAS MIDDLE SCHOOL GYM
With an Academic Performance Index of 911, Parras Middle School in the Redondo Beach Unified School District has distinguished itself as one of the highest achieving middle schools in the South Bay.
With the funds provided by the Redondo Beach community through the Measure C and E bonds, the school has undergone extensive renovations and construction.
This is space that I call slogan area. It's purpose is to drive your att-
ention to something important, like button that will say "buy me!"
