When Modus Systems, Inc started building gymnasiums for school districts and charter schools, we had a clear mission in mind: Close the gap between “stick-built” gyms and modular by employing modern construction techniques to build custom designed gyms at less than custom designed prices.

What “Modular Expandability”™ means is that although you have the option of selecting one of our standard exteriors and floor plans, you can also choose to create your own. In which case, our in-house design team works directly with your architect to develop a floor plan that will meet your unique needs and timelines. Fast installation and solid construction are attributes that set Modus apart from others in the industry. This allows us to build dream gymnasiums, multi-purpose rooms, classrooms and administration buildings for school districts and charter schools in months, not years.
